About One 2 One Fitness:

At One 2 One Fitness we couldn’t ask for a better career.  To know  that we have played a small part, directly or indirectly, in helping an individual become more healthy and fit and ultimately changing their life for the better is about as rewarding as it gets.  The goal of One 2 One Fitness is to provide a world-class fitness facility, cutting-edge programming, and the support and accountability clients need to help them lead a more healthy and fit lifestyle. 

We are extremely passionate about the benefits of regular exercise and believe a consistent routine will positively impact anybody and everybody’s life.  Our vision is to help as many clients as possible adhere to an exercise program so that we contribute to creating a society that is happy, healthy, and fit – mentally, physically, and spiritually.   We offer one on one personal training and small group training ranging from sessions of 2-3 clients to classes of up to 6 clients at a time.

About Jeanine:

“It is my mission to empower as many people as possible to achieve better health, fitness, confidence, and quality of life by making fitness safe, fun, affordable, and effective.”

Jeanine Seeger holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan in the study of Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan University.  She has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years.  At the onset of her career she worked with Division I athletes, as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at The University of Michigan.

During those years, Jeanine learned many things about coaching and training.  One of the many things she learned was that everyone needs help achieving their individual fitness goals.  Whether you are working out to lose weight, gain emotional well-being, improve physical health, or maintain health, everyone needs help and support to succeed.  Fitness is not just for the elite.  Fitness is a way of life, and everyone needs motivation and encouragement to reach their individual goals. 

Jeanine loves working with people of all ages and fitness levels.  She combines muscle development, toning, cardiovascular fitness, core stability, balance, and flexibility altogether to provide a well-balanced plan that’s right for you.

About Debra

Debra Cane is a former Division I Cross Country and Track and Field coach. She led both the men's and women's programs at George Washington University from 1997-2003, coaching top collegiate athletes in distances from 400 meters to the marathon. Cane is currently a USA Track and Field masters indoor national champion at 3,000 meters, a member of a masters national champion 4 X 800 meter relay team, and an Ironman triathlon finisher. At the present time, Cane is preparing training programs for triathletes and distance runners of all ability levels.
